Mattress Warranty Information
This warranty is valid only when the futon is used as a structure supporting the sitting or reclining human form. Damage caused by standing or jumping on the futon mattress is not covered by this warranty. Some packing down of cotton is normal and not covered by this warranty. If in the period noted for each model inspection reveals product failure, the futon will be replaced or repaired to its original condition with no charge for labor or materials. The outside cloth, or covering is not covered by this warranty. Mattresses that are dirty, blood stained, or urine soiled, or damaged due to moisture, are automatically voided from this warranty. Improper care or negligence of this product will invalidate this warranty.
